Artfully developed over three floors and with a substantial rear extension, this three bedroom family terrace is quite a find. Vintage style and contemporary design blend seamlessly throughout a generous suite of bright, spacious rooms.

Your enviable location is equally on point, with Leyton tube, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Westfield and all the wonders of Stratford within easy walking distance.

If you lived here…

You'll be stretching out in over 1000 square feet of impeccably appointed living space. Social butterflies will be delighted with the wealth of welcoming space – the first fo your twin reception spaces comes in at 100 square feet but feels larger thanks to the flood of natural light via the bay window, dove grey walls and matching sleek engineered hardwood underfoot. Next door your equally generous dining room is similarly stylish.

From here you're walking into your elegantly extended side return for your skylit, dual aspect kitchen. Hexagonal slate grey vinyl lies underfoot, flanked by pristine white cabinetry, integrated appliances and smooth timber worktops. Chrome fittings and a handsome, metro tile spalshback complete the look. Your bathroom's just as smart and sleek, with more slate grey geometry and metro tiling from tub to ceiling.

Step out into the garden and you have a nice balance of decking and lawn, with mature greenery and thriving beds. Upstairs now for your first two bedrooms, each a bright sunny double of 130 square feet with soft pastel colour schemes and original timber floors. Finally, into the loft extension, and you have the skylit penthouse master coming in at over 200 square feet with a gleaming en suite, delectable in more of that signature, prisitne white metro tiling.

What else?

- Leyton tube station is less than a half mile on foot and will whisk you directly to Liverpool Street in eleven minutes via the Central line. Heading to the West End? Tottenham Court Road is just nine minutes further.
- Be sure to explore East Village, the former Olympic Athlete's Village reimagined as 'London's Coolest Postcode'. It's home to a diverse range of wining and dining establishments, gyms and yoga studios, and regular pop up events. All just ten minutes walk.
- Parents will be pleased to know that there are fourteen primary/secondary schools in a one mile radius alone, all rated 'Good' or better by Ofsted. The 'Outstanding' Chobham Academy is less than a half mile on foot.

A word from the owners...
"We have loved living and owning this property as we have completed the project started by the previous owners. Leyton tube station is five minutes on foot and will get you directly to Liverpool Street in eleven or Tottenham Court Road in twenty, putting both the City and the West End well under half an hour away door to door.
Local schools are excellent, you have twenty-two less than a mile away on foot, all rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. The 'Outstanding' Newport Primary is just a half mile from your front door.
We moved here in 2018, six years after 2012 London Olympic games which brought a huge amount of investment into local area. Leyton High Road has been transformed with new pubs and cafes and food outlets popping up.
The Queen Elizabeth (Olympic) park is only a short walk away with the new V&A to open soon – we regularly detour through here on the way home from work and stop for a drink, shopping, or a bite to eat at the East Village or in Westfield. Through lockdowns, we’ve enjoyed the parks we have here- being able to sit out in the afternoon with a cool drink has got me through some stressful days or remote working. We’ve loved our time here, but we are looking forward to our adventures abroad!"
