Conran Agent Valuation of this property is £900,000

Description:

***Guide Price £900,000 - £925,000*** "i've always loved living in Tuskar Street in this charming house with its sunny back garden and light-filled rooms.

I feel so lucky to be close to Greenwich Park, just 3 or 4 minutes away, and near to the river, too. I go for regular runs and enjoy strolling through the green spaces on a summer's evening.

My daily commute into Bank is 20 minutes, door to door, on the train. But if that route is ever disrupted, there's the DLR just 10 minutes' walk away, a short bus ride to North Greenwich underground or even the riverboat from Greenwich Pier. I'm the one person who can always make it into the office, no matter what the conditions! And when I get home, if i'm tired, I only have to walk a few hundred yards to pick up supper from the local shops.

The same short journey can take us into central London easily and quickly to visit museums and theatres but when my son was young we preferred to visit all the local cultural hotspots. The Cutty Sark was a favourite, along with the Maritime Museum and panto at the Theatre. We still prefer to see movies at the Greenwich Picturehouse, rather than go up to Town.

I'll be very sad to leave this house. It's felt like just the right place to be for so long. I hope someone else will be happy here and love it as much as we have."

What the Agent says -

A great family home in the shape of this four bedroom, end of terrace Victorian house.

The property itself feels so spacious from the moment you walk through the door.

On the ground floor you will find a double reception room which was opened up by the current owner, a W.C. Which can also be used as a wet room, a large kitchen which provides ample space for dining too and a private south facing garden to the rear.

Up to the first floor and here you have three generous double bedrooms, with the main bedroom to the front of the house and a family bathroom can also be located on this floor. The property has been extended into the loft and comes with its own en suite shower room. This room is the perfect space for a home office!

With ample space for storage, beautiful period features and original wooden flooring throughout most of the house, an internal viewing is highly recommended.

Located on a quiet, no through road, the position is to die for as the glorious Royal Park and Maze Hill Station are only a stone's throw from here. Many well-known and local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are withing short walking distance.
