Check Out The Space Offered With This Home!Sellers view - We have loved living in our first home. The big windows and raised ceilings create a light and airy feel and it is so spacious - from the big bedrooms to the downstairs living space. Plus there's plenty of storage space!
We moved in four and half years ago and the house, location and community have been perfect. The A33 for Reading and Basingstoke and M4 for London and the South West are five minutes drive away, and it's a short walk to the nearest bus stop - great for commuting to work and getting out and about at weekends.
You're also right on the doorstep of some lovely countryside walks including the fields on Shinfield Meadows itself and Langley Mead, which are a lovely nature-boost. And a short drive away there's both California and Wellington Country Parks. Plus, all the local amenities like the local Co-op, Robyn's Nest Cafe, pubs, doctors and dentist are just a few minutes walk from our front door. Now we are a family we also love that there's an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery a short walk away as well as great schools.
Another benefit is how quiet it is here - we're tucked away in the close but also near to everything we need. The garden is a sun trap and we enjoy sitting out in the peaceful evenings soaking up the last of the evening sun, as well as sunny BBQs with family and friends at weekends.
It has been the perfect first home for us with so much to offer and we'd love someone else to enjoy it as much as we have!
Agents view - What an awesome home these are, Bloor are a great developer and The Loddon design is also super popular as it offers similar square footage to most three bedroom homes in the area, with people often converting the first floor into three bedrooms.

Also close by you have plenty of amenities including Dobbies Garden Centre which now has a Sainsbury's Local, along with a great butchers and within Shinfield Village you have Co-Op a few popular pubs, a post office and the brilliant Robyn's Nest Café, making for a great hub of the village.
There are main bus routes close by taking you into Reading or Wokingham towns and you are just a few minutes from Mereoak Park and Ride or junction 11 of the M4, making it a really well connected location.
