A couple of stairs will lead you up to the double-glazed door which will lead you straight into the kitchen. A great space to feel to be able to come home to and a great kitchen to work in.
You have a large, double-glazed window that allows a lot of natural light in, a great amount of work space, being wooden, making the kitchen a very sociable space.
There is everything that one would want and need in a kitchen, so four gas ring hob, electric oven, integrated fridge freezer, a stainless-steel sink unit and drainer.
Of course, the all-important fitted washer dryer.
Throughout the ground floor, you have French " Bordeaux " solid wood flooring
There is a very shallow step which takes you into the lounge, dining room.
Great light from the west facing large bay window, that has a good, elevated position over looking the street, but not allowing people to look in.
At the other side of the room, there is a double-glazed window overlooking the courtyard, so light pouring into the entire space.
Now there is plenty of space in the room to easily segregate it into a good size dining area, again very sociable, as well as a nice snug lounge area.
So, plenty of space for all the furniture that you will want and need for both spaces, and the solid wooden floor continue to run throughout this space.
Stairs will lead you from the lounge area up to the first floor.
Upstairs there are three rooms, two good double bedrooms, and of course the bathroom.
We will start with the bathroom.
Large, double-glazed window to the side, so again great light, and of course great for the ventilation.

Plenty of space for a good size bed and of course furniture and storage.
Bedroom Two is also a good double with double glazed window to the rear over the courtyard, again space for a good-sized bed and furniture.
Back downstairs we will visit the courtyard, which runs of the lounge and is decked, big enough for a table and chairs, so again sociable, very peaceful, and private, and perfect that those who have green fingers with pots.
