Persondy is the old vicarage for Trallong Church. Bursting with character it would make a wonderful holiday home or rural retreat. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner with flagstone flooring, stable door, a range of fitted base and wall units, an integrated oven, hob and plumbing for a washing machine. An arched door leads through to the living room which has an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, winding stone stairs and exposed beams. Off the living room is a second reception room with a shower room off and stairs leading up to one of the bedrooms. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, bathroom with separate shower. There is also a handy attic room which could be used as an office or further bedroom. Outside the pretty gardens enjoy some fabulous views of the surrounding countryside and are made up of paved patio areas, a variety of shrub and flower borders and steps which lead down to a parking area for two cars.
Trallong is a small village based around a church and overlooking the Usk valley, 6.5 miles from Brecon. It is in some superb countryside, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and has some wonderful views. Brecon is a traditional market town, the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Surrounded by wonderful countryside it has a wide range of shops and amenities which include a cinema, theatre, leisure centre, library and golf course.
