I have loved living in this flat so much that I am not even sure where to begin!

The location in absolutely fantastic; Epping forest, Hollow Ponds and Wanstead Flats are all within spitting distance, the tube a short walk away, Francis road with all its lovely cafe and shops, the pop-up bars and amazing pubs around every corner make it the perfect spot.

The block has a real sense of community with people looking out for each other, even with the occasional 'block BBQs' in the huge shared leafy gardens to the back.

The amount of space for a one bed flat is unbelievable, and that supplemented by tones of natural light just makes it a wonderful place to be. I have careful designed the alterations to make the very best use of the space possible, not forgetting lots of that oh so important storage! Touches such as brass handles, the handmade worktop and thoughtful lighting elevates it so much further beyond those cheap and cheerful developer conversions. Being able to have friends over for dinner was a must for me when looking, I have loved that I could entertain properly and have a group of friends over rather than squeeze a few people around a table stuck in the corner like most one beds!

If only I could uproot this flat and take it with me!
