Entrance Hall
There is a long entrance hall that runs to the side of the sitting
room, with two pendant lights, exposed timbers, two brass arm
picture wall lights, column radiator and engineered wood
flooring.
Sitting Room
A large and bright room owing to the large sash bay window to
front aspect. A striking feature, is the restored woodburner that
sits within the brick fireplace with oak mantle. There is a
pendant light, beautifully restored exposed beams built in
storage cupboard, two column radiators and a glazed window
to the rear aspect looking into the conservatory. Stairs carpeted
in Seagrass lead from the sitting room to the first floor.
