Sellers Comments
We bought this house as we loved the house and its setting - it is rural and peaceful, but close enough to the shops and with easy commutes to the centre of Birmingham and Warwick.
There's a fantastic nursery up the road - both our children have gone there, and we're really happy with Bournebrook School for our son. Corley Services are a 5 min walk away, and it is a 2 min drive to a local shop (including post office), pharmacy, and a fish and chip shop.
This house has been very adaptable to our changing needs, from a couple to a family with two small children. We are selling due to changes in our working arrangements, as we now need space for both of us to work from home. We had been considering an extension but found a property within walking distance of our son's school instead, which will just make our family life a little bit more straightforward.
We will miss the sun shining into the front of the house through the stained glass sections of the windows, and the beautiful sunsets over the fields at the back of the house. There is no street lighting on the road, so you can also get fantastic views of the night sky.
We've loved having the huge garden, with its split between patio, grass and working area. We've very much appreciated being able to grow most of the veggies for our roast dinners!
Property Location
Corley offers a rural location whilst providing excellent access to the M6 and to rail links and Birmingham international airport.
