We have always been inundated with enquires to rent, on tenant changeover and have always been to sealed bids. Our last and current tenants extended their rental agreement and we have never had any issues or complaints. The flat, being high up, set back and parallel to the road is not affected from any road/ ground level noise and headlight annoyance that might affect other flats. I think it has the best orientation and position in the block. It also has the second largest floor plan, the lightest lounge and the largest balcony.
