Our cosy 2 bedroom apartment has been everything we wanted and more in the two and a half years living here. We were initially drawn in by the beautiful area and then as soon as we saw the apartment itself, we knew that it was perfect for us. Our twenty two month old has been raised here and we’ve spent many days and evenings on walks exploring the various trails in the area and more recently the numerous playgrounds situated around Shinfield Meadows. Me and my partner both being keen runners, it’s the perfect surroundings for an early morning or late night run, with my partner also being a member of the Shinfield Running Club. One of the aspects of the apartment that we have come to appreciate is the balcony and the serene view we feel so lucky to have, especially in the spring/summer as the sun sets. With five other apartments in our block we’ve felt so fortunate to have maintained a really good relationship with everyone, each of us respecting the block which we all live within. Being on the first floor we’ve found the temperature never fluctuates too much, not getting too warm in the summer or too cold in the winter. Leaving the place we’ve called home leaves us feeling saddened, but we’re confident new residents will enjoy the apartment just as much as we did.
