EweMove Sales & Lettings - Brighton & Hove Agent Valuation of this property is £400,000
At EweMove we do manage to partner with some fabulous properties and this one is another cracker! Lovers of large, bright, tall ceilinged period beauties are in for a treat for sure. The focal point of this gem is the large reception room which is bathed in sunlight from the large bay window. The tall ceiling height and good room width provide a great sense of space. With extra attention to ensuring pretty much everything in the kitchen can be out of sight, the minimalism of the designer kitchen ensures the beautiful living / dining room is not overwhelmed. Both bedrooms are good double sizes & tastefully decorated (as is the whole apartment). They have recently fitted double glazed sash windows.
The location is excellent, so close to the wonders Seven Dials has to offer. What are they? - I sense you ponder....That's great restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and bars. Check out the Red Snapper for a wonderful Thai or if Japanese cuisine is your thing - Murasaki do not disappoint. A wander down the hill and you are in the city centre and the sea front just beyond that. Seven Dials is a firm favourite for those commuting to Gatwick and Central London. It is a straightforward 0.4 mile (9 minute) walk - or a 5 minute dash for the late ones.
Cost wise and in terms of financial management it's another big tick. Our apartment comes with a share of the freehold (along with 3 others) and it works well. The building is taken care of and the fees are far from onerous.
