High Mountain Meadows Real Estate, LLC, Delores Cole Agent Valuation of this property is 53,500 USD

Description:

Great 2 acre property in the very sought after subdivision of the Ranch of the Rockies, aka the Ranch, in central Colorado. The meadow covering approximately three quarters of the lot allows expansive views to Buffalo Peaks, the Mosquito Mountain Range and over to Antero Reservoir. The back quarter of the lot has a few aspens and a fir and pine mix. The property adjoining the back property line is treed open land belonging to the association. The property beyond the road at the front of the property is part of the High Rollin' Sipal Ranch which again allows for magnificent views of the area. When driving through the Ranch you immediately get the community feeling - a great place to call home or to just come for the weekend. The Ranch covenants allows members to camp on their property from April 1 until November 1. Then, if space is available, for a small monthly fee members can store their RVs in the TV Storage Lot. The Ranch also has a dump station for members use, three pastures for a fee you can pasture your horse, a riding arena, stables, a pavilion where the members annual meeting and picnic is held, and a dog park with a small picnic pavilion to enjoy while Rover runs and plays. There are two fire stations in the Ranch and three mailbox pods. For outdoor fun there is gold medal trout fishing at Antero Reservoir as well as Spinney and 11 Mile Reservoir to the east and the 'Dream Stream.' Nearby South Fork of the South Platte River is available for the stream fisherman. The Ranch has a private reservoir, Buffalo Creek Reservoir, that augments the wells in the Ranch and members and guests enjoy fishing there. San Isabel and Pike National Forest are great for 4-wheeling, hiking and cross country skiing. Monarch and Breckenridge Ski Resorts are about an hours drive for downhill skiing. Just 30 minutes away is Buena Vista for shopping, dining, and white water rafting. Denver is 2 hours to the north and Colorado Springs is about 1.5 hours to the east.
