Shopping

You can catch a park and ride into the centre from here which will take you just 10 minutes. In the centre you'll find Darwin Shopping Centre, the largest of the three shopping centres, with many high street retailers inside. For antiques shopping there's plenty of options in Ironbridge and for spa's there are plenty located around including Bannatyne's and Fishmore Hall Hotel.

Transport

The M54 is just a short drive away with easy access to Wolverhampton and Birmingham. From the M54 you can pick up the M6 and head towards Manchester or further afield. Birmingham airport is just over an hour away by car or 1 hour 20 minutes by rail. If you want to explore a Welsh coastline such as Aberystwyth it will take you just under two hours. Shrewsbury itself is ideally located for those working in the i54 Business Park which is just off junction 2 on the M54 and is home to an array of technology-based businesses.
